Section 273(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)Where more than one executor has accepted the office and later on one or more of them have abstained from participating in the execution of the will, the execution carried out by the others shall be valid; but all of them shall be jointly liable for the assets of the estate of which they have taken charge.
