Order 10/10/2023 Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that if the original mark-sheet for Semester I & II of B.Tech Course alongwith consolidated mark-sheet is submitted to the respondents, appropriate corrections will be done and new mark-sheet shall be issued.
On such submission, the present petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to abide by the assurance given by the learned counsel for the respondents in an expeditious manner, strictly in accordance with law. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
