(3)The quorum to constitute a meeting of Students Advisory Council, the rules of procedures and conduct of business to be followed at a meeting, the period within which a meeting shall be called and such other matter shall be prescribed by the statutes :Provided that no student shall be eligible to be or continue to be a member of the Students Advisory Council unless he is enrolled as a student or after he attains the age of twenty-five years. A student member shall cease to be such member if he fails to pass at the next University Examination.
