Section 6(1) in Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board Regulations, 2013
(1)The Board may prepare panels of Transaction Advisors and other categories of consultants by following the pre-qualification process prescribed under Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998);
