Mr. Abu Sufian .. .. For the opposite party Mr. Sufian for the opposite party submits that the matter fixed by this Court for hearing on 14.09.2010 be shifted to 15.09.2010. In fact, on 09.09.2010, he moved this Court verbally and upon direction of this Court, informed the learned counsel for the petitioner and got an endorsement "No objection" from him.
In the facts above matter will be taken up on 15.09.2010 in stead of 14.09.2010.
