1. This is an application on behalf of the Decree Holder contending that order dated 23.02.2022 could not be complied with as there is insufficient balance in the account of the Judgment Debtor that has been attached by this Court. He submits that Judgment Debtor admittedly is the owner of Grand Venice Mall, SH-3, UPSIDC, Site-IV, Greater Noida and prays that the said Mall be attached and Judgment Debtor be restrained from creating any third party rights in the said Mall.
2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for Judgment Debtor prays for some time to take instructions and come up with a proposal.
