Section 19(3) in The Paschim Banga Unani System Of Medicine Act, 1979
(3)The Council may appoint such other officers and employees as it deems necessary:Provided that the number and designation of such officers and employees, their salaries and allowances shall be subject to the previous approval of the State Government.
