      This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the
Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to
complete the pakka phodi work and effect pakka phodi in respect
of the schedule property.

      This writ petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day,
the Court made the following:

                               ORDER

Smt.M.C.Nagashree, the learned High Court Government Pleader is directed to take notice for the respondents.

2. Sri G.Krishna Murthy, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pakka phodi work is not being completed, though the survey operations have taken place long ago.

3. Smt.M.C.Nagashree, the learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's request would be considered in accordance with law.

4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the pakka phodi work and effect the pakka phodi in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible and in any case within an outer limit of three months from the date of the production of the certified copy of today's order. No order as to costs.
