Section 20(1) in Bihar School Examination Board Act, 2019
(1)A Committee shall be constituted by the Board for considering and recommending grant of affiliation of Secondary, Senior Secondary and other Schools, for which it has to take examination, established by nongovernmental organizations or private persons.
