2. This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, thereby calling for records relating to show cause notice dated 21.12.2023 No.VIG/LS/CLRI/2023-E1 issued by the 8th respondent and to quash the same.

3. A perusal of records revealed that this writ petition is not maintainable and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Tribunal in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is rejected at the SR stage itself. There shall be no order as to costs.
