Section 55(5) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(5)[] [Renumbered '(4)' by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/29, dated 13.8.2018.] The approval/refusal under this regulation shall be communicated to the employee by the Competent Authority within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the application for such approval, failing which the approval shall be deemed to have been granted.
