JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
"i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider Exhibit P5 to P8 representations, within a stipulated time, by giving an opportunity to the petitioners of being heard."
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that seeking payment of wages and arrears of salary, the petitioners who are ambulance drivers have approached the respondents with Ext.P5 representation.
4. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that Ext.P5 representation preferred by the petitioners before the District Collector will be taken up and orders shall be passed thereon without delay.
There will, accordingly, be a direction to the 1 st respondent to take up, consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 representation, after hearing the representatives of the petitioners as WP(C).No.17936 OF 2020(N) 4 well, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
