Section 4(1) in The Himgiri Nabh Vishwavidyalaya (University in the Sky) Act, 2003
(1)Where the State Government, after such inquiry as it may deem necessary, is satisfied that TALEEM Research Foundation, Ahmedabad has fulfilled the conditions sepcified in sub-section (2) of Section 3, it may direct the TALEEM Research Foundation, Ahmedabad to establish an Endowment Fund.
