Section 1 in Jharkhand Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the "Jharkhand Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2016."(2)It shall extend to the whole State of Jharkhand.(3)These Rules shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
