(xxi)"professional course" means the course of study in the field of engineering, technology, management, medicine, surgery, nursing, dentistry, pharmaceutical science, veterinary science, agricultural science, fisheries science, dairy, forestry and such other courses including vocational courses as may be determined by the relevant regulatory authority;
