1. Mr. Yash Gupta, learned counsel for the appellants, seeks a pass over as he submits that the counsel is held up elsewhere.
2. As this Bench is sitting only for another 40 minutes, owing to the functions relating to the demitting of office by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dharmesh Sharma, it would not be possible to pass over the matter.
3. Accordingly, Mr. Yash Gupta, prays that the matter may be listed before the Vacation Bench.
