(1)Need-based posts for the Tribunal shall be created by the State Government. The following posts may be included in need-based posts:-Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Section Officers, Assistants, Upper Division Clerks, Lower Division Clerks, Peshkars, Accountant, Daftari, process Peon, Peons, Sweepers etc.
