Section 31(1) in Adichunchanagiri University Act, 2012
(1)No agenda Matter shall be either included in the Agenda for or taken up for discussion or decided in the meeting of the Board of Governors or the Board of Management or any Committee without obtaining the prior approval of the Chancellor.
