Section 11 in Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Rules, 2003
11. Manner of Selection and Appointment of the Chairperson . - [(1) These rules may be called the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers Right (Amendment) Rules, 2004.
| (i) | An eminent scientist or an expert, having special knowledgeand Professional experience in respect of the law relating toprotection of plant varieties and plant varietal research orplant breeding, to be nominated by the Central Government in theMinistry of Agriculture | Chairman; |
| (ii) | Secretary to the Government of India, Department ofAgriculture and Cooperation | Member; |
| (iii) | Secretary to the Government of India, Department ofAgriculture Research and Education | Member; |
| (iv) | Secretary to the Government of India, Department ofBiotechnology | Member. |
