11. Approval of budget estimates of Zila Parishad.
- Every year on 5th February or before that date, the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad shall frame the budget and place if before the Standing Committee for Finance, Audit and Planning tor approval and further submission to the Zila Parishad for approval, where after, it shall be sent to the Government, as soon as it is passed by the Zila Parishad, so that it can be scrutinized with a view not to approving, but to pointing out any misuse or abuse of funds placed at the disposal of the Zila Parishad,
