2. 1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
3. By way of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:
"It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition, call for the records, issue Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why the impugned order of transfer dated 05.05.2021 under Annexure-4 shall not be quashed. Failing to show cause or showing insufficient cause/no cause, issue the writ of certiorari for quashing the order of transfer dtd.05.05.2021 under Annexure-4."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 29.4.2021 (vide Annexure-3 Series) on // 2 // behalf of the petitioner has been filed by the Sarpanch of Mahumuhan G.P. and other local gentlemen before the opposite parties addressing to the Hon'ble Minister of School and Mass Education, more particularly to opposite party No.1-Principal Secretary to Government, Department of School and Mass Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar ventilating their grievances, but the said representation is still pending for disposal.

Considering the limited nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to opposite party no.1- Principal Secretary to Government, Department of School and Mass Education Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the representation dated 29.4.2021 (vide Annexure-3 Series) in accordance with law by affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.
6. As Lock-down period is continuing for COVID-19, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a soft copy of this order available in the High Court's website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March 2020.
