Section 7(7)(c) in The Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Rules, 1974

(c)Where, the Tribunal passes the final order accepting such surrender it shall authenticate the provisional sub-division or survey record in respect of the land so surrendered and accepted and forward the same together with the order under Section 10 to the Tahsildar concerned for further action to finalise the sub-division or survey under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
