Section 25(1) in The Maharashtra Borstal Schools Rules, 1965
(1)Every inmate on promotion to Grade I shall be given the following facilities, namely :-(a)to play in the school matches on outside play grounds;(b)to accompany members of the staff on route marches;(c)to write one letter at the Government's cost, and two at his own cost every month:(d)to have one interview with his relatives and friends, every fortnight.
