Heard.

This writ application, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, filed on behalf of the petitioner is directed against the order dated 13.12.2013 passed in Title Suit No.3 of 2007 by the court of Munsif-I, Gaya, allowing the application filed on behalf of the plaintiffs/Respondents under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure to make amendment in the relief portion of the plaint.

From perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality calling for interference with the same under Article 227 of the Patna High Court CWJC No.2094 of 2014 (2) dt.01-08-2014 2/2 Constitution of India.

Accordingly, this writ application stands dismissed.
