Section 11 in THE PRE-NATAL DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUES (REGULATION AND PREVENTION OF MISUSE) AMENDMENT ACT, 2002
11. Amendment of section 14.-
In section 14 of the principal Act, for clause (f), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-" (f) has, in the opinion of the Central Government, been associated with the use or promotion of pre- natal diagnostic technique for determination of sex or with any sex selection technique.".
