Section 6(1) in The Maharashtra State Board Of Nursing And Paramedical Education Act, 2013
(1)The Board shall have a Director, who shall be appointed by the Government from amongst the persons qualified to be appointed as the Director of Medical Education of the Government and his name shall be published by the Government in the Official Gazette.
