Section 6(1) in The Haryana Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009
(1)An application for maintenance under section 4 shall be made in Form A to which a court fee stamp of rupees five shall be affixed in the manner laid down in clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (1) of section 5.
