Section 29(1) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)(i)No officer or employee shall enter into, or contract, a marriage with a person having a spouse living;(ii)No officer or employee, having a spouse living shall enter into or contract a marriage with any person:Provided that the Competent Authority may permit an officer or employee enter into or contract, any such marriage as referred to in clause (i) or clause (ii) if it is satisfied that, -(a)Such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such officer or employee and the other party to the marriage; and(b)there are other grounds for so doing.
