27. Power to constitute other Committees.
(1)The Board may, with the approval of the State Government and subject to such directions as the State Government may issue in this behalf, constitute such other Committee or Committees as it may think fit and any such Committee may be composed wholly or in part of members of the Board.(2)The Board may, with the approval of the State Government, delegate to any such Committee any of its powers or functions and may in like manner withdraw from it any such power or function.
