Section 2(ii) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960
(ii)Any person who was or was deemed to be a registered graduate under the Patna University Act, 1951 (Bihar Act XXV of 1951) shall be deemed to be a registered graduate of the University established and incorporated under section 3 within whose jurisdiction the college from which he graduated is situated :
