38. Notice for covering up drains, etc.
(1) Before proceeding to cover up drains or appliances connected with the drainage, the applicant shall give a notice to the Board of Councillors, in Form I, stating that such-drains or appliances are ready for inspection and shall specify the date and hour not being a date earlier than seven days from the date of the notice on which he will proceed to cover up such drains or appliances.(2)An officer of the Municipality duly authorised by the Board of Councillors in this behalf shall inspect the work at the site and, within three days of such inspection, issue necessary direction. if any.
