Section 14(i) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993
(i)at any time when there is fire in the generator, cause or allow the vehicle to stop or remain stationary at a distance of less than eighteen metres from any petrol pump or place where petrol is supplied in time;
