(5)On the disposal of the appeal, the Commissioner (Appeals) shall communicate the order passed by him to the appellant, the adjudicating authority 303[, the 304[Principal Chief Commissioner of Central Excise or Chief Commissioner of Central Excise]] and the 305[Principal Commissioner of Central Excise or Commissioner of Central Excise].
