(2)Where in accordance with the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh State Government Servant Confirmation Rules, 1991, confirmation is not necessary the order under sub-rule (3) of Rule 5 of those rules declaring that the person concerned has successfully completed the probation shall be deemed to be the order of confirmation.
