Section 81 in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
81. Protection of rights and privileges conferred by agreement.
- Nothing in these rules shall operate to deprive any teacher of any right or privilege to which he is entitled by the terms of any agreement subsisting between any such person and the University on the commencement of these rules.
