Section 29(1) in Uttarakhand Self Reliant Co-Operatives Act, 2003
(1)Every co-operative shall maintain, in the language specified by the articles of association, in the minutes book, minutes of all proceeding of every general meeting and the chief executive shall send the copy of the minutes within fifteen days of the conclusion of every such meeting to all members.
