Section 1 in Soil Explorator's and Testing Laboratory's Registration Rules, 2001

These rules shall be known as the "Sub-soil Expiorator's and Testing Laboratory's Registration Rules" and shall come into force with effect from the 27th June 2001. These rules will apply to ail the Wings under the Administrative Control of all Departments of Government of Orissa.
