20. Transfer from one certified institution to another
(1)The ChiefInspector may direct that any person detained in a certified institution may be transferred there from to another certified institution.(2)In directing such transfer, the Chief Inspector shall have due regard to the medical report referred to in sub-section (3) of Section 4 and the directions, if any, made by the Court under sub-section (6) of Section 6.
