Section 19(2) in Prevention of Blackmarketing & Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Rajasthan Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980
(2)The Superintendent shall forward to the Government without delay any petition which a detenue may address to it :Provided that when the application or representation is addressed to a court, it will be forwarded to that court by the Superintendent direct.
