Section 8(1) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules, the meetings of the Council shall be convened, held and conducted in the manner prescribed by regulations. Until the regulations are made in this behalf, the President may convene and hold a meeting of the Council at such time and place as he thinks fit, after informing each member about it.
