Section 26(1) in The Gresham And Craven Of Indian (Private) Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1977
(1)No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer of that Government, or the Braithwaite and Company Limited, or the Government company, or any officer or other person authorised by that Government, or the Braithwaite and Company Limited, or the Government company, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
