Section 23(1) in Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board Act, 1966
(1)If at any time it appears to the Board that a person appointed as an Examiner under this Act, has been guilty of misconduct or negligence, which renders his appointment as an Examiner inexpedient, the Board may make an order terminating his appointment and directing that such person shall not be eligible for appointment as an Examiner at any time or for a specified period. Before making such order, the Board shall observe such procedure as may be prescribed by the regulations.
