Section 640 in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
640. Application to the Court for leave to make a call.
- Where there is no Committee of Inspection, or where the Official Liquidator does not agree with the decision of the Committee of Inspection, he may apply to the Court for leave to make a call and the Court shall on such application make such orders, as it thinks fit. If on the hearing of such application, the Court gives leave to the Official Liquidator to make a call, the subsequent proceedings shall be in accordance with the provisions of rule 643.
