Section 2(iii) in The Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Unculturable Waste Land For Development of Private Forest) Rules, 1986
(iii)'Educational Institutions' means those educational institutions which are recognised as such and the bye laws of such institutions permit the holding of land for forest development.
