13. The Executive Council.
(1)The Executive Council shall be the chief executive body of the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.].(2)The administration, management and control of the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.] and the income thereof shall be vested with the Executive Council which shall control and administer the property and funds of the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.].
