(2)In any such order the Collector may direct that the shares of any two or more claimants may, if they agree thereto, be combined for the purposes of partition and a portion proportionate in value to the extent of their joint shares may be separated from the entire estate, in which case the respective rights of each of such co-shares in the newly formed estate shall also be declared at the same time.
