Section 19(1)(i) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019

(i)search, seize and remove stocks of specified essential commodities along with the package, covering or receptacles in which such stock is found, if he has reasons to believe that any provisions of this order has been or is being or is about to be contravened in respect of such stock any part thereof and may also search, seize and remove the animals, vehicles, vessels or other conveyance used in carrying the said specified article in contravention of the provisions of this order;
