2. We find that on 14/8/2019, the Collector Solapur has passed some orders which according to the petitioner in WP No. 4562 of 2017 require the Authorities to revisit the spot and re-verify the position.
3. Petitioners in WP No. 1148 of 2019 are complainants who seek removal of unauthorized development and encroachment on the Government land. They are not aware of this order.
4. Petitioner in WP No. 4101 of 2017 is Gram Panchayat. The respondent claim that the Gram Panchayat has also encroached on the Government land and raised shopping complex upon it.
5. As the last order dated 14/8/2019 passed by the quasi judicial authorities may have some impact on consideration, we list the matters on 20/09/2019 as a last chance to the parties.
