78.
(i)Every entry made under Section 43 in Book 5 shall be dated and signed by the Registrar:(ii)When a sealed cover is withdrawn under Section 44, the entry relating to the withdrawal shall be signed by the person by whom the withdrawal is made as well as by the Registrar.
