Section 106BI(1)(f) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016

(f)in any manner wilfully obstructs or causes obstruction to the free passage of any such street, shall be liable upon conviction to a fine which may extend to fifty rupees or as may be prescribed.
